Since this is a made-to-order product, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.
If there is an issue with your order, such as a mistake or damage, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with proof at hello.derabites@gmail.com, and we’ll do our best to make it right.

To be eligible for a refund, issues must be reported within 24 hours of receiving your order.
Photos or proof of the issue may be required for assessment.

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order.
Cancellations made after this window may not qualify for a refund, as preparation may have already begun.

4. Delivery Policy

We currently deliver within Tokyo, Saitama, Kanagawa, and Chiba Prefectures.
Unfortunately, we do not offer delivery outside these areas at this time.
