Q: How do I place an order?
A: Browse our cake selection, choose your design, and customize it, then complete checkout online.

Q: Can I customize a cake?
A: Yes! You can personalize the design, colors, message, sponge, and more.

Q: How much notice do I need?
A: Please order at least 7 days in advance since our cakes are custom made.

Q: What cake sizes do you offer?
A: Our cakes range from 16 - 20 cm in diameter, with multiple layer. Each product page includes a serving size guide.

Q: Do you offer cupcakes?
A: Yes! We offer cupcakes, perfect for parties and gifts.

Q: Do you make allergy-friendly cakes?
A: We can accommodate some allergies. Please note your dietary needs when ordering, and we will be in touch if we are unable to accommodate it. However, our kitchen handles nuts, dairy, eggs, and wheat.

🚚 Delivery & Pickup

Q: Where do you deliver?
A: We deliver to Tokyo, Chiba, Kanagawa, and Saitama prefectures.

Q: Do you offer same-day delivery?
A: Not at the moment. All cakes are made to order for guaranteed freshness.

Q: What are the delivery charges?
A: Delivery fees vary by location and are calculated at checkout.

Q: Can I choose a specific delivery time?
A: Yes, you can request a preferred time slot at checkout. We’ll do our best to meet it.

Q: Can I pick up my order?
A: We currently offer delivery only, to ensure safe handling of your cakes.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other secure payment options.

Q: Can I cancel or change my order?
A: Yes—please contact us within 48 hours after your order.

❄️ Aftercare

Q: How do I store the cake?
A: Keep the cake refrigerated. Remove it 30–60 minutes before serving for the best flavor and texture.
